This diner with a retro exterior is located a little way off Sony Street near JR Gotanda Station.
Inside, there are only counter seats and it is a lunch-only establishment.
The recommendation here is the minced meat cutlet. It can be had as a set meal or as a single item to go with your drinks.
You can have as much rice as you want, or a large portion, so you can eat until you’re full!
Now, that minced meat cutlet. It comes with a croquette and deep-fried chicken.

Both the croquette and the minced cutlet have a distinctive round shape.
When you eat it… it feels more like skin than batter. And it’s hard! Well, I guess that’s proof that it’s been fried properly.
The inside is juicy and, when mixed with the secret sauce, it has a unique flavor.
I think this sauce is Kansai style, as it’s not too strong but just right. It’s not as strong as mayonnaise, nor as sweet as a medium-thick sauce, but somewhere in between. Delicious, delicious!
The croquette was not as smooth as the cream croquette, but it had a slightly softer potato salad feel.
But!
The chicken karaage was quite salty! It was the only strongly flavored of the three dishes on the plate.
This alone was so rich and delicious that it was enough to finish off a large portion of rice.
The dinner menu has a lunch set that comes with rice, miso soup, and pickles, so if you want to drink during the day, you can order the set meal and drink while you finish off by pouring miso soup over your rice.
