A B-grade gourmet restaurant in Ginza.
It’s so popular that there’s always a queue until close to closing time at lunchtime, and what’s great is that it’s good value for money.
On the main menu, they only have large and extra-large servings, but actually…
There’s a real extra-large serving on the secret menu.
But since this was my first time, I ordered a modest jumbo (large) serving of spaghetti with jariko.
The aroma of shiso leaves and the many ingredients such as komatsuna, tomatoes, and small shrimps stimulated my appetite.
The noodles were thick and a little soft. The Japanese seasoning with just the right amount of soy sauce was easy to eat without being heavy.
It was a large serving, but I could eat it all in one go, so personally I would have preferred the even larger Yokozuna serving. The women were also eating the jumbo as usual😊
The large serving was 800 yen (as of December 2024), so it was good value for money! Next time I’d like to try the Neapolitan at Yokozuna.
