A Western-style restaurant near Nakai Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. (Address: Shinjuku Ward)
This is one of the restaurants once beloved by Fujio Akatsuka.
It’s a small shop with only a counter and an old-fashioned Showa-era design, but the interior is decorated with autographed autographs of various famous people.
In front of the shop sits a doll resembling the owner.
Well, this time I ordered the hamburger steak set meal… a 500 gram jumbo hamburger steak.
When I ordered, they measured the meat in front of me, kneaded it, and grilled it.
The jumbo hamburger steak with plenty of demi-glace sauce served on a hot plate.

Since it was a set meal, it came with miso soup, pickles, and salad. The salad was surprisingly filling, with cabbage, tomatoes, potato salad, and even onion chips. I was so happy! (^^)!
The hamburger was 500 grams, so it was a heavy bite. It was well cooked and the texture of the meat was pleasant.
The salt content of the hamburger itself was low, so you could really taste the meat. The demi-glace sauce was also light, so it didn’t interfere with the flavor of the meat. It was a great seasoning for someone like me who has high blood pressure. (It might not be enough for those who like strong flavors!)
The hamburger and sauce were light in flavor, so the pickles felt salty.
When I eat hamburgers at other Western restaurants, they are too salty and make me thirsty afterwards, but the hamburger here was just the right amount of salt and I didn’t feel thirsty at all.
I ate the hamburger this time, but next time I’d like to try the large fried shrimp!
