Just down the alleyway from Mejiro-dori, we happened upon this small curry restaurant. There are only nine seats at the counter, but it is often full as soon as it opens.
You can get up to three types, but this time I only tried one.
Keema curry. (with bean curry)
One bite and you can tell it’s definitely medicinal curry. The unique spices are delicious.
The spiciness comes later. But it’s a refined spiciness. There’s plenty of minced meat and the texture is good.

The accompanying shredded carrots and raw Chinese cabbage are fresh and perfect for taking an interval.
The pickles used instead of fukujinzuke are also elegantly salted. They go well with the turmeric rice.
The bean curry that comes with it is rich and delicious with a soy milk flavor.
Overall, it’s well-balanced, well-put together, and very delicious.
I’m so happy to have discovered a curry that is delicious and seems to make me healthy!
