A small curry restaurant located across the Meguro River from Meguro Station, near the Dendo intersection along Yamate-dori Street.
The handmade-looking sign says “rice curry,” but it is a typical curry restaurant.
There are seven seats at the counter, but the small size is also quite charming.

Inside the restaurant, an AM radio program playing Showa-era tunes is playing.
I was fifth in line and entered the restaurant. This time I ordered a large portion of pork cutlet curry.
The taste is medium spicy. It’s a home-style curry that is reminiscent of Showa era curry that is well-aged.
It contains minced meat, and the other vegetables are dissolved in the roux, spreading richly in your mouth.
Honestly, it’s delicious! Nostalgic and delicious!!
It’s so delicious that even a large portion can be eaten in one go, just like the restaurant’s name suggests😊
Even if you order a large portion of rice, the amount of curry is enough and you can enjoy it to the end.
It goes well with fukujinzuke pickles!
The tonkatsu is also crispy and delicious. It was delicious both in curry and sauce.
It’s one of the most delicious home-style curries. No wonder there are lines even before the restaurant opens.
