This time, we visited a hidden gem that doesn’t look like a restaurant at first glance. Tucked away behind an entrance between vending machines, we found ourselves in a wonderful Showa-era retro space and an unimaginable “huge portion of stir-fried vegetables”!

The vegetables are stir-fried over high heat, becoming more than just crispy; they’re a work of art. The aroma of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger gets your appetite going, making this a dish that will have you craving rice. To finish, we poured the sauce over the rice to finish it all.
