It tastes sweet at first, but then becomes spicy. However, the spiciness doesn’t linger for a long time, and it has a clean taste.
According to the chef, the vegetables he puts in the curry vary depending on what’s in stock each day, so the taste is slightly different every day.
He makes the final adjustments based on what he senses as “delicious” on his tongue.
By the way, today’s drink contained orange. No wonder it had such a fruity sweetness!
After a slightly sweet taste, the spiciness spreads in your mouth.
First you drink the curry, then eat the curry and rice, then mix in a raw egg, then fukujinzuke, and finally the staminayaki.
You pour sauce over the pork cutlet and eat it as a separate side dish.
This curry rice allows you to enjoy a variety of flavors all at once, so you’ll never get bored of the taste.
