A Western restaurant located north of Ebisu Station.
The restaurant is located on the first basement floor.

The ordering system is done by scanning a QR code with your smartphone… but since it’s underground, it’s slow to load. It’s annoying that you can’t proceed to the order page unless you add them as a friend on LINE. (If you’re not, it’s hard to tell that you’re not.)
You get a free drink coupon when you register as a friend, but this system might be unpopular?! (You can also order verbally while looking at the menu with an American comic book-style cover.)
So, what I ordered today was a 450g hamburger steak + 450g rice set. It also comes with salad and soup. The total volume is about 1kg.

There were two sauces to choose from, so I chose demi-glace and garlic.
The meat was served sizzling on a hot iron plate, so I poured both sauces on while it was still hot and sizzled!
First, the demi-glace sauce.
As it is a homemade sauce unique to the restaurant, it was sweet and rich, but not too rich. It was delicious. It went well with the shikakari and the soft hamburger steak that was cooked through.
The salad had paprika and mizuna, which made it look fresh.
Next, the garlic sauce.
It didn’t have a strong garlicky smell, but it had a strong garlicky spiciness. It was in some ways the opposite of the demi-glace sauce, and I think I made a good choice.
The meat and sauce were both delicious, so I finished off the 450g large portion of rice in no time.
I was so full and happy!
The total cost was over 3,000 yen, but the taste and volume were worth the price.
