Very delicious stir fried meat and vegetables

This local Chinese restaurant is located near the Ebisu 1-Chome intersection, in a hot lunch spot.

It’s a small restaurant with only a counter, but it’s constantly packed with customers, including a few female customers.

I bought a ticket and sat down.

There were two chefs (pretty unfriendly lol)

The food arrived about 15 minutes after I ordered!! Today, I had a meat and vegetable set meal. It was a set meal of stir-fried meat and vegetables.

The rice was served in a large bowl, so it was larger than the large portion you would get at a normal restaurant. It came with seaweed soup and kimchi.

I started eating right away.

The rice was a large portion, but the stir-fried meat and vegetables were just as good. In this time of rising prices, I’m very grateful for this amount for 1,000 yen.

The stir-fried meat and vegetables was piled high with pork, chives, chopped vegetables, bean sprouts, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and cabbage.

The pepper worked well and I could taste the umami of the doubanjiang. It was a strong flavor, but I could taste the sweetness of the vegetables. And…the cabbage and bean sprouts were very crunchy. The wood ear mushrooms were also very crunchy. It’s so appetizing that even a large serving doesn’t seem to be enough rice.

The taste and texture are amazing!

The stir-fried meat and vegetables is so rich that even if you eat kimchi, the taste is overwhelmed. As it is Chinese food, it is oily, so it may be hard on the stomach of elderly people!

The seaweed soup is light in flavor, so you can reset your mouth by putting it between the stir-fried meat and vegetables.

For an average man, this set meal will leave you very satisfied with both the taste and the volume.

After the meal, I noticed that, unusually for a local Chinese restaurant, they provided napkins. Most restaurants generally don’t provide tissues or anything else, so I liked that about them too.

The “meat and vegetable set meal” is called the “stir-fried meat and vegetables set meal.” Even in Ebisu, there are restaurants that offer good taste and good value for money.
